Redesign the client menu into a dynamic dashboard that prioritized the most relevant information for each sales rep — balancing user needs and business requirements — and improving field decision-making.

Process

1. Information Audit & Prioritization

  • Analysis of existing dashboard information

  • Identification of the most frequently used data in daily workflows

  • Data prioritization based on frequency, client type, and sales context

  • Definition of relevant notifications and alerts vs. secondary information

  • Identification of visible business requirements

  • Client segmentation definition

2. UI Design

  • Multiple dashboard proposals based on prioritized information

  • Exploration of visual hierarchy and reusable components

  • Iterative adjustments based on early feedback
     

3. Testing & Validation

  • Testing sessions with sales reps from different profiles in Chile and Bolivia

  • Validation of comprehension, usefulness, and information relevance

  • Review meetings with internal stakeholders to align business goals
     

4. Collaboration with Development

  • Technical feasibility review and design adjustments

  • Handoff of components and specifications

  • Implementation follow-up
